Employer Affinity is HERE

Employer Affinity Program is Here NOW

We are very pleased to announce the arrival of our Employer Affinity Benefits mortgage program.  This program allows eligible employers to offer their employees and their families access to special home financing benefits.  This helps employees save money and gain access to benefits, and in turn allows employers to offer a tremendous benefit, helping in recruitment and retainment efforts with a no cost benefit offering.  Neither employers nor employees pay a dime for access to the program.  Features include:

- Direct savings on mortgage services via affinity lender credits

- Discounted ancillary services***

- Educational workshops for employees and their families

- Marketing collateral for promotion and awareness campaigns

- Credit Repair Resources

- Refinance, investment, and vacation home options

Homeownership for employees increases stability, community involvement, and according to a 2019 Federal Reserve study, the net worth of home owners is estimated to be 44.5x higher than the net worth of renters.  With our employer affinity program, employers can go beyond a paycheck and traditional 401(k) in putting their employees on the path toward financial security.

Homeownership is a foundation for financial security

Homeownership is a foundation for financial security

Using our Employer Affinity program, employees will be more confident in their finances, more understanding of the home buying process, and have access to loan services, educational materials, and discounts for them and their families.

So, what does an employer need to do to add our employer affinity option to their benefits offering?  It’s EASY!  We do most of the work for you!

Employers must:

- employ 50+ (we can work with employers close to the 50 employee threshold, and accommodate employers with thousands of employees)

- be located in, or have employees located in, states where our team is licensed to do business – licensing info can be found by clicking here

- promote awareness for the affinity benefit internally – MasonMac will provide necessary collateral and material info!

That’s it!  Employers sign up, we provide the necessary collateral to spread awareness to employees, and employees and their families can immediately begin reaping the rewards of our Employer Affinity program.

***discounted ancillary services not available in all areas.  Ancillary service discounts contingent upon participation of affinity partners in local marketplaces.
